Mostly pleasant, restful and quiet....

Liked: Concierge was very friendly and helpful. We had a clogged toilet and she ran a plunger over to us. The room was very comfortable and quiet.
Disliked: I didn’t like that the concierge argued with me for a couple minutes before agreeing to bring the plunger to us. When we got up this morning, I noticed a blood stain on the pillow case of the pillow my husband used. I was alarmed, but he said he wasn’t bleeding any where. After further examination of the stain, I could see that the pillow case had been washed, but the large stain was still there. That pillow case should have been disgarded, not reused. It was really disgusting.

Liked: Breakfast is good. Simple but good enough. Room is big enough and clean.
Disliked: The staff was hurry to give me a short check in info as another guess was behind me, but he didn't answer my questions properly nor gave us the right info. I simply couldn't find the fitness center after he told me where until the next day morning another staff told me it is behind the laundry center door! Also he didn't tell me the breakfast time. He just seemed not patient enough to do his job right.

Liked: Nothing at all!! Most horrible experience i ever had.. and they acted like it was my fault
Disliked: Everything! My room was grosse, 2nd door was wide open when I checked in..they called me a liar
