Liked: Rooms were clean. Desk attendants were friendly, polite and professional.

Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: I was not given my rewards points because I booked through a third party. Not happy about that. They got my money so I should get my points.

Liked: Very nice, loved the staff. Breakfast was good when it has stock.

Liked: Chad at the front desk is an awesome employee going out of his way to accommodate my needs!

Disgusting

Disliked: Our room had very bad musky odor to it and it wasn't very clean, We found crumps on the floor and the bed frames. The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful. Pool was heated. Have kids so the pool was a must. It was still pretty nasty in the pool room. Not the pool. The room.
Disliked: No elevator and wouldn’t give us a first floor room. Pregnant and has three small children. Breakfast was minimal. No fruit , but wattle machine was great. Bathroom was small and beds were hard as a rock.
