Disliked: Pictures of the hotel in for the booking.com site does not match the actual hotel. The hotel was dirty from the front desk to the 4th floor and everything in between. The first room (103) was non-smoking, but you could smell the smoke as soon as you opened the door. There was a bug on the top sheet that felt a smear mark. The second on the 4th floor (413) smelled better, but there was blue painter tape around the whole room and holding the back of the remote for the TV together. The floor was dirty, flooring didn't meet the wall, the bathroom had a cracked counter top the side of the counter was missing panels, toit paper holder only had one side, the shower hot and cold setting was backwards as cold direction was hot and hot was cold. You had to walk carefully in the bathroom. The floor was shiny but super slippery. The lamp shades were still covered in the protection plastic, which had to be removed before using. There is graffiti on the soda and snack machines and in the elevator.
