Liked: At least the rooms were clean and the door locked to our room.
Disliked: When trying to go to the office the door would lock and you couldn’t get to the office from the area of the room. We went out a side door. When leaving we checked to make sure our card would get us back in only to find out that the door wouldn’t lock at all. When checking in the guy asked if we had reservations through the glass door and opened up but the man coming in behind us was asked what’s up by the worker. He addressed the man behind us first, but that man had set him straight. Check out time. No one at the front desk during checkout time so couldn’t get a receipt.

We love to stay at...

Liked: This was our 3rd stay at this hotel. I have cancer and get my meds once per month in Beaumont. Rather than driving back to Galveston the same day, we stay here. The staff is very friendly and courteous! They know us now and always extend a lovely greeting, which is so nice! The rooms are always spotless. I love to walk next door to Carrabba's and pick up our dinner. I'm a swimmer so I'll be using the pool soon!
Disliked: The only problem is not the fault of the hotel. There is highway construction there and the traffic is always backed up. The road signs are confusing and they don't have the right arrows to get to IH-10 west. We found a quicker way to exit so it's not a big pain anymore.
