Ice jacuzzi suite

Disliked: We had a jacuzzi suite and the heater in the room couldn't warm up the room and the bed felt like it was gonna fall off it's pedestal rm 170 .... burrrrr

Great Stay for such a...

Liked: I loved everything in the room. The rooms looked very clean and exceeded my expectations. Customer service couldn't get better with everyone there being helpful to get me where I need to be. And the breakfast was very good and refreshing.

Probably will not stay again....

Liked: The bed was nice and pretty clean. One small (possibly cigarette burn) hole in the sheets. No bed bugs at least. Slept good. Desk clerk was very nice. Parking for our truck and trailer was pretty easy in back. Didn't get broke in to or stolen so that's a plus.
Disliked: We prefer a hot breakfast so we did not eat. The carpet was old and dirty in the hallway. The first half of the first floor hallway smelled of cigarette smoke so bad I had to cover my nose to walk down the hallway. The second half of the hallway smelled like pot, equally disgusting. I told my husband, if the second floor smelled this bad we were leaving. Luckily, it did not. We were put on the end of the second floor so maybe we were kept from the lower rif raf that come in. Apparently the bar next door closed so they are not as busy as usual, according to the desk clerk, but seems first floor is where they stick the "walk-ins". Room was "OK". Smelled a bit (Probably the carpet) and was cold (no heat on), but we adjusted the heat and went to bed as it was a long travel day. Kinda gross between the mattress and wall...dont look.
