Disliked: There was a foul smell when I turned on the water in bathroom area. There were ants but just a few.

Liked: Was a spur of the moment decision to stay in Winslow and we were pleasantly surprised to find this place. It was super quiet and the location was great. Staff was awesome! Would stay here again.

Liked: Did not try the breakfast.
Disliked: I needed wi-fi for work and it was not working. The staff tried but were unable to help and suggested perhaps I would be partially refunded for the inconvenience. When I checked with the manager a couple of days later they said no, nothing could be done. Not even an 'I'm sorry' or a credit voucher for the future or anything. Just 'too bad so sad' sort of thing. The staff that worked when I checked in to the hotel were very nice, very sorry, understood my frustration. I was nice as well, and didn't make a fuss or anything. It was just really disappointing and I had to go elsewhere to get my work done.

Liked: The breakfast was not elaborate or fancy, but was certainly adequate. It is a good location for someone wanting to spend time in Seattle, but doesn't want to pay the high price of lodging there. The ferry to Seattle is a 20-minute walk from the lodge.
Disliked: A section of the caulking between the tub and surround was moldy. This part of the caulking needs to be replaced.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful and efficient. Grocery store, restaurants and pub in walking distance.
Disliked: I felt it was pricey for the age of property, limited amenities, and dated (but very clean and serviceable) decor.
