Liked: Location was close to grocery store, restaurants, Rite-Aid, Starbucks; standard breakfast offerings (pumpkin waffles a plus); in-room refrigerator, TV; great heater (very cold nights during our stay); friendly staff; comfortable bed; excellent, free internet (did a Zoom call one evening with no issues); bottom floor room - parked car in front of door.
Disliked: Toilet whined when it flushed; shower curtain was wrong side out; room with two (queen?) beds is small; writing/eating table too high for the standard height chairs; toilet shower room is small/tight.

I would stay here again....

Liked: Great location. Lots of parking. Very comfy beds. The breakfast was nice except for diabetics. Good coffee in the room. Fridge and microwave in the room. Two suitcase racks. Plenty of TV stations. Quiet.
Disliked: The toilet was plugged when we got there. But staff gave us a plunger (offered to do it but we declined) . Parts of the exterior are crumbling. Needs some work and soon.

Liked: The staff was very nice and accommodating. The area was safe with close access to restaurants and shops.
Disliked: The room was not clean, it definitely needs an upgrade. The carpets were concerning, and the shower made me feel even dirtier after getting out. The walls are very thin, and there is no elevator. It was also very overpriced for what you get.

Disliked: My son and daughter-in-law stayed there as well. My son is registering a complaint to the hotel because he's now confirmed the bites he acquired were indeed BEDBUGS! He has pictures and a dermatologist also confirmed. As medical professionals, they suspected his bites were bedbugs, so arriving back to my home, they bagged all the clothes they wore and had at hotel, as well as washed all their other clothes. Horrible experience, just lucky they didn't bring them back to Pittsburgh or my house!

Expensive for what was provided.
