Wasn't bad but barely good.

Liked: The room wasn't all that bad. Once the room attendants were done cleaning it, it actually looked quite doable. It didn't smell or anything, and I was able to easily get settled in to be frankly honest. The staff tries their best to provide the utmost customer service, they just need to do a better job at organization, preparation, and appearances for both outside (the yard and the building itself) and inside (the carpet, lobby, and rooms) and they'll be okay.
Disliked: I had to wait 20-35 to finally get a room that was ready and clean, the front desk staff was respectful and patient, he just wasn't aware of what room was or wasn't available, which had kind of through my schedule off a bit.

Liked: Breakfast was nice. The cleanliness was good.
Disliked: The lady at the front desk during the daytime does not know how to do anything! She almost charged me for my room TWICE and kept having to call her boss on literally every single step of the process. Other than that it is fine.
