I don’t think I’ll ever...
Disliked: There were sex workers “performing” in the parking lot. There were loud sex noises from the neighboring guests, which I anticipated but good Lord, it was excessive. The door to my room never closed properly. I only felt slightly safe in my room. My main frustration: I didn’t know there was a $100 security deposit until I was checking in (this should be mentioned on the website, be it booking.com or QualityInn’s). I couldn’t afford the deposit, as I had already paid $130 for the room. Luckily, the front desk attendant was willing to work with me, and charged $50. But, I still maintain my frustrations with not knowing ahead of time about a deposit.

Liked: The location and amenities were great.
Disliked: The bathroom temperature wasn’t the greatest and at times there was no hot water. Also, breakfast ends so early and for someone who’s in town for vacation and wants to sleep in is not reasonable.

Liked: Location for what I needed
Disliked: Location of the property on the highway. You have to go around the block to get to the property. So if you forget something then you really have to go 5 mins to spend the block to get back to the hotel.

Staff didn’t follow through on...
Liked: Proximity to UGA campus
Disliked: The staff assured us they would change our sheets as we expressed a concern about them smelling like marijuana. We spoke to 2 different staff members about it; one said they would do it while we were away (and we left around 10:45 am and did not have “do not disturb” hanging from our door). When we returned later that afternoon, nothing had been changed. The lady behind the desk said, “we just changed those sheets yesterday” (which would’ve been our arrival day). The general manager then next morning (our checkout day) said he would follow up with the staff; but, that was too little too late. We also smelled marijuana in the middle of the night (as our a/c unit appeared to suck the smell into our room).
