Almost perfect.

Liked: The rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Staff is friendly. Close to Dollywood, and it's easy to get in and out of.
Disliked: It would be helpful if the continental breakfast had some dairy free options. We were in the room when housekeeping came by (around 10am) on day two. They gave us towels and toilet paper but never returned to empty the trash or make the beds.

Liked: Staff was amazing. Had a couple of issues with the room when I first got there they were taken care of immediately and very professional manner
