Meh
Liked: Breakfast was fine. I liked that there was a hot option and protein. The gym was pretty good as well.
Disliked: The room smelled strongly of chemicals. On the positive, it likely meant it has been recently cleaned, on the negative, it smelled strongly of chemicals the whole stay. Having 2 doors on a bottom floor made me feel very unsafe. I would not willingly stay in that room again.

Horrible Hotel
Liked: Easy access to freeway. Friendly staff.
Disliked: The toilet in my room would not flush!! In the morning, they had me use a toilet in another room at the far end of the second floor!! She said they had been having trouble with some of their toilets and someones been working on them. The toilet i used in the vacant room also did not flush!! I am handicapped . My room was on the second floor, and there were no elevators. The light was off in the stairwell, and they told me to be super careful because the cement stairs are dangerous!! My second floor room was also right next to the stairwell and very noise with people going up and down until late and their talking echoed in my room. The staff was friendly and did carry up some of my bags. They promised me the things I had to leave in my car would not get stolen because it hadn't happened in the 2 years the woman had worked there. My daughter had gotten me the room, so she called to report the problems with booking.com and get her money refunded. The hotel lied about the incident and said I was the problem!! I hate dishonesty!! I will never stay here again!!
