Liked: Hotel employee dud her best to make up for the shortcomings of her employer and surrounding.
Disliked: The room was filthy. I called on 2 separate occasion to confirm 35 pet deposit. Th was told upon arrival, ( when cancelation was no longer an option) that it was --$ a night. The first 2 floors houses the home.ess. The top 2 are motel.

Liked: Somewhat clean, hot breakfast food.
Disliked: Elevator jumped up and down. Toilet wouldn't flush, interior is dated and need remolded.

Liked: They are responsive to occupants and manage the diverse clientele well.
Disliked: It was not disclosed that they were accepting government payment for housing homeless or Section 8 persons. It has changed the social environment and I should not be charged for the star services when the level of atmosphere is of a 1 star or no rated.

Disliked: This could be such a beautiful hotel. The rooms were filthy. The fridge didn't work and the previous guest left rotten food there. The bathrooms were disgusting and we left to use restrooms at the gas station. The clerk was very obviously on drugs.
