Liked: We arrived a little early, so we expected to sit in the lobby for a while. However, the manager was able to fix a room so we could relax and warm up from the cold weather.
Disliked: We found someone's food in the refrigerator and had to find a housekeeper for toilet paper. I was criticized for bringing breakfast to the room. A different manager told me about some sign against that, but there were no seats in the small dining room. Don't know what she expected me to do.
