probably will be remembered as...

Liked: the staff was nice
Disliked: the water system. trying to shower and having nice water turn very cold instantly. no warm water to the sink. wife had mostly cold water also. the shower facet was loose, and the plunger was very hard to operate. handy cap parking could use more places and closer to doors.
