Liked: The desk rep was manipulative and racial profiling. He was rude and harassing us. If no one responds to our complaint, we will be filing a lawsuit in the Circuit Court of Orange for an amount exceeding $30,000.00 per plaintiff.
Disliked: I didnt the like the deceptive act of attempting to cause two Muslims to pay an deposit under the circumstances where the deposit was not requested for the first two days but only the third by another unfamiliar front desk rep.

Disliked: the parties, loud music drinking smoking 7 guys in one room we seen it! told front desk he just looked at me and said nothing!! We left after less then 4 hours,no answers on email till 2 days later with a smart ass answer! towels were stained, sheets were stained, left after less then 4 hours so bad we left during a hurricane! we paid 168.00 for 4 hours to have a 2 day late email telling me to relax we don't allow parties and that I don't have guts to tell front office!! I did tell them he looked at me like a deer in headlights and said nothing!! but we have it on video! I will tell everyone I know to give them reviews! I've never had such bad service and rude workers at front desk in 60 years of my life EVER!
