Good hotel. Clearly it has been updated. Comfortable and clean accommodations. Not luxurious but I spent most of my time at a meeting. So 3.8 out of five stars for me.

Liked: Very clean and the A/C worked well. It felt safe.
Disliked: The toilet seat is broken and needs replacing. The phone charger on the night stand doesn’t work. You might consider not allowing semi trucks to use the parking lots near rooms. The reefer units make a lot of noise cycling on and off.

Liked: They had water issues, the poolsite was dirty, and it smelled like dead fish on every floor. We liked booking here but I think it's time to go elsewhere.

Liked: I made a reservation online when I got there to pay for the reservation I was informed they would not rent to me if I lived in the Albuquerque or Santa Fe area because of the city. That if I lived in Arizona they would rent to me. So they refused me however my card was still charged. I called them to ask why my card was charged if I didn't even stay there. They then informed me that their system showed I was a no show. I was then told that they couldn't refund my money and there was nothing I could do. I do not think my card should of never been charged because I was going to pay cash. They were very rude on the phone and in person.

Liked: I think the other comments are either very old or untrue. We had reserved a handicapped, non-smoking room with a roll in shower. We were traveling with our 93 yr old mother who uses a wheel chair. The shower was not roll in. It was a tub with safety rails. When I asked about changing rooms, I was told they didn't have roll in showers, they were all tubs, so it wouldn't do us any good to move. I asked for an air freshener as the room reeked of cigarettes. I was told it was a no smoking room and shouldn't smell. I was given a can of bathroom spray to use and told that the rooms on either side were smoking rooms and maybe it was coming through the walls. What? We noticed a musty smell and found 3 loaves of moldy bread in one of the drawers. We tried to plug in chargers for phones and mom's hearing aids. Only one outlet on the nightstand worked and the only other working one was behind the refrigerator. And that item didn't even work. Breakfast every day was the same. Hard biscuits and gravy. One morning, we were a little late, but an hour before breakfast was over. There was one biscuit left, 3 eggs, and no milk. When we asked about getting these items, we were told they didn't have any more. Then they brought out some stale pastries. We went out for breakfast. Another issue is the building design. There are pillers right outside the doors. There's barely room to squeeze a wheel chair through the space and it had to be manouvered back and forth to get past it. The handicapped rooms are on the opposite side of the complex from the breakfast area, and you have to go outside on the sidewalk and parking lot to get there, exposing everyone to the weather. Unfortunately, we faced high winds and rain while visiting. Also, the bathroom was large, but the room didn't have space for a wheek chair. It either blocked the front door, bathroom door, or access to the beds. If I had known this was the setup, I would not have booked here.
