Liked: the Jacuzzi during the cold season is perfect
Disliked: The breakfast time during weekday is just until 9am instead of 10am. Also, no slip/sandals provided

Liked: Convent location
Disliked: The room was rundown, walls had been poorly patched and repainted, bathroom door was falling apart and didn’t close well. Entry door to room was tricky to get closed and took some might. The receptacle in the bathroom stopped working on day two and housekeeping was unable to fix it. We were told that other rooms on the same floor had the same problem very inconvenient to not have a blow dryer as it was permanently attached to the wall with that receptacle could not use curling iron there either.

Will stay when no other...

Disliked: Front desk staff… good luck getting help.Tried calling from my room on hotel phone - no dial tone. Called from my cell - 3 times - no answer.Went down to front desk, and called ‘hello??!’ at least 4 times. Zero acknowledgement - guess what I heard? The front desk person was in the back on a personal phone call - on speaker - completely ignoring the front desk. And she was not a happy camper when I finally walked around the desk and back towards her hideout, and asked if she was working the front desk.

Disliked: couldnt connect to wifi
