Disliked: That is if I booked three days that I am provided with three days. Was not aware that hotels split up the days so if I booked another hotel please let me know the difference this is the second time I have had to drive home after being locked out of my room

Disliked: Toilet/Bathroom issues with the flushing. Remote Control volume did not work. No room service on Saturday

Disliked: Unpleasant Stay - Would Not RecommendI had a very disappointing stay at this hotel. From the moment we checked in, the experience was far from welcoming. The staff member who greeted us was unfriendly, clearly uninterested in helping, which made our arrival after a long journey even more frustrating.The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt unsafe, particularly at night. The hallways were often occupied by groups of men smoking marijuana, creating a heavy and uncomfortable environment.The room itself was in poor condition. It had an unpleasant odor, like stale cigarette smoke, and the floors were sticky. The microwave was filthy, with food splattered on the walls and ceiling, leaving a disgusting smell like spoiled food. It was clear that cleanliness was not a priority here.While there were some staff members who were kind, the overall experience was overshadowed by those who seemed indifferent or even hostile towards guests. The only redeeming factor was the breakfast, which was decent, but not enough to make up for the numerous issues.I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable or safe stay, especially if you are traveling with family.

Ok, but not worth the...

Liked: IT was close to our desired destination. Great that it had a pool. Beds were not too bad. Pillows were comfortable. Had fridge and microwave in room. The inside of the rooms looked better than outside. Breakfast was simple and ok for a quick bite.
Disliked: Our room was hot. Floors were dirty. Room didn’t have an operable remote. Had to wait 15 minutes for a specific employee to unlock pool gate as it was stuck. No pool towels in room. Had to get from guest services that had only 4 for the whole hotel. The outside appearance is a bit off looking. There were 5 cockroaches killed in our room in disgust. Elevator got stuck several times at opening or going down or up. Not fully controllable to hotel maybe, but someone was smoking non-stop close to our room and ventilation kept sucking the smellinto our room and stinking it up. Thought it’d bebetter for the price.
