It was a great hotel if you're not stuck up or picky. It is definitely a laid back hotel; staff was friendly; we walked around the blocks around there - it was pretty chilled. Rooms were semi clean.

Liked: Semi clean rooms; staff was nice; pool was 9 ft; jacuzzi was perfect.
Disliked: Walls were thin. You can hear someone have a conversation from a different room or the hallways. And the pool was cold.

Liked: Proximity to venue.

Disliked: No heat. Poor/slow service. They obviously did not prepare the room that I had reserved. As you read this, please understand that it was very late, 11:30 PM-midnight, when we got to the hotel. I did not feel safe trying to find another place in the early morning hours. Also, this hotel did not offer another room AND at least 2 staff members were aware of what was happening. The room was ice cold when we came into the room and the lights did not work. A staff person came in and found that the lights were unplugged and the window was open!!!! It was 16 degrees outside! The heater read 65 degrees. It never did put out warm air. I called and requested 3 or 4 more blankets and said the heater was not working well! I waited a long time, at least a half hour or more for the blankets to come and they didn't. I had to call again for the blankets. ONE blanket arrived AND it had HOLES like cigarette burns in it. The automatic option for the heater fan did not work; only low or high--so it ran all the time. Eventually, it made a loud clanging noise. For a no smoking facility, the hallway and lobby smelled of smoke. Breakfast was to be served from 6 to 9 AM. We got to the dining area BEFORE 9 AM and everything had been put away. Shuttle service as was advertised on website so I had an additional expense of an uber driver. I had also emailed the facility ahead of time noting that they had shuttle service to the airport, and I asked if there was shuttle service to other locations. The only response I got was a confirmation of my reservation.

"Hey, is this room safe?...

Liked: the price and the doors that lead directly outside. Didn't visit the bar, but it's always a plus to have one.
Disliked: Hallways reeked of smoke, outside door doesn't lock from the outside, door had a huge gash in it, parking is cramped, toilet didn't flush very well, and it was very noisy from neighbors and cars in the lot.
