Room had a distinctive odor. One of the two keys did not work. Both faucets, tub and sink, dripped (the noise was minimal but quite annoying). The mini-fridge was quite noisy as well - ultimately had to unplug it. There were flying insects in the room. Despite the room issues, everyone that I encountered on staff was very friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad at all. I guess for what I paid, it was decent enough but lots of minor issues made the stay disappointing. If you stay there, maybe just avoid room 102.

The hotel was nice but the early check in fee was a huge low point. My wife and I came in from out of town for this concert and called ahead to see if we could check in early because we were in the area early and we were told no problem. When we arrived we were met with a 30 dollar fee. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and have never been charged a fee.

Disliked: 1. Very difficult to check in. I had a great deal of trouble understanding the young lady at the desk.2. The stingey little coffee bag was awful. The coffee at breakfast in the tiny cups was not much better.

Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I took my 4yr old daughter on a mini vaca the week before her 5th bday and she wanted to swim pics show nice pool out front got there to find out pool permanently closed! Refused to let us change our reservation so we could find a place with a pool. Charged a $100"fully refundable" deposit on top of the total price which was already outrageous which we still haven't gotten back btw and I made sure the room was practically spotless before we left just to see if they'd actually refund it back to us! Flat out told me no when I asked if they'd discount our stay cause of their false advertisement! Don't plan on stepping foot back in that place again unless it's to go demand or deposit back from those hateful people!!
