Room had a distinctive odor. One of the two keys did not work. Both faucets, tub and sink, dripped (the noise was minimal but quite annoying). The mini-fridge was quite noisy as well - ultimately had to unplug it. There were flying insects in the room. Despite the room issues, everyone that I encountered on staff was very friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad at all. I guess for what I paid, it was decent enough but lots of minor issues made the stay disappointing. If you stay there, maybe just avoid room 102.

The hotel was nice but the early check in fee was a huge low point. My wife and I came in from out of town for this concert and called ahead to see if we could check in early because we were in the area early and we were told no problem. When we arrived we were met with a 30 dollar fee. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and have never been charged a fee.
Liked: The breakfast.
Disliked: Early check in fee after we were told we could check in early and weren't told about the fee until we were there.

Liked: It was clean
Disliked: The ice machine on our floor didn't work.The pool was demolished. The air did not work the greatest. The breakfast was nasty. We have stayed at this hotel several times and one of the reasons being they had the heated indoor pool.In the past this had been a great hotel for the money

We would definitely stay here...
Liked: Staff was very friendly and got us checked in and out quickly. We would definitely stay here again. Room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. Had a coffee maker, microwave, and refrigerator. Parking was good and well lit.
Disliked: Breakfast needed the most improvement - could use more selections and better quality as far as the hot foods. However, there is a Waffle House that sits right in front of the property if you really need better choices.

Liked: The compliment coffee was excellent
Disliked: The front desk clerk at check in and check out, were the same person and his attitude and lack of respect for us was a zero. Such rudeness.

OK but would not go...
Liked: Hotel relatively clean, room clean
Disliked: Front desk staff offered nothing when it was determined that maid had thrown my toiletries including toothbrush and toothpaste away between first and second day of stay. Did not take responsibility or offer anything in regard to issue that I came back at night to find no toothbrush to brush my teeth before bed. Bed was VERY hard, presume to make mattress last longer.

Liked: Newly remodeled, pleasant staff
Disliked: The deodorizer smell in the common areas (entry and hallways) was extremely strong. I appreciate that the hotel wanted to make things smell fresh but the artificial smell was overwhelming. Better to just keep facility clean and not use such strong deodorizer. Also, breakfast ending at 9am especially weekends seems too early. Most hotels serve breakfast until 10am particularly on Saturday and Sunday.
