Room had a distinctive odor. One of the two keys did not work. Both faucets, tub and sink, dripped (the noise was minimal but quite annoying). The mini-fridge was quite noisy as well - ultimately had to unplug it. There were flying insects in the room. Despite the room issues, everyone that I encountered on staff was very friendly and the breakfast wasn't bad at all. I guess for what I paid, it was decent enough but lots of minor issues made the stay disappointing. If you stay there, maybe just avoid room 102.

The hotel was nice but the early check in fee was a huge low point. My wife and I came in from out of town for this concert and called ahead to see if we could check in early because we were in the area early and we were told no problem. When we arrived we were met with a 30 dollar fee. I have stayed at Quality Inns before and have never been charged a fee.
Liked: The breakfast.
Disliked: Early check in fee after we were told we could check in early and weren't told about the fee until we were there.

Liked: Solid breakfast, might try changing it up every few days, but overall it was good. Room was very clean, beds was super comfortable, great selection on channels.
Disliked: Not much I can say here. Great people, great stay.

Disappointed - probably won’t stay...
Liked: Was fairly clean
Disliked: Asked for a broken, burnt out lamp light bulb to be replaced. Firstemployee gave us the deer in the headlights look, don’t think he understood what we were describing. Second employee said it would be fixed, but didn’t even ask for a room number!!! Was never fixed. Think only one elevator was working. One vending machine with little selection for the whole 3 story building.
