Liked: The plus side is they do serve breakfast there and it was hot. They also have a laundry room that works even though I wasn’t able to use the facilities, but it was a plus as well.
Disliked: They were doing construction across the hotel and the dust was blowing everywhere. The homeless were walking around and littering everywhere . They also had water bugs that we killed during our stay.

Liked: The breakfast was what made our stay really great. The selection and quality exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: The pullout couch was difficult to use, and there was no extra pillow and blanket for it.
