Liked: Location; helpful and efficient staff.

No WIFI in room - tech was not able to fix the problem. Keypad on door closest to our room did not work. Hallways were dirty. Our room had cobwebs on the wall. Desk lamp was missing a light bulb. I did not feel safe in this area of Harrisburg. Would not stay here again. Price was also very high for what we got. Rooms also had a smell of mold.

Liked: The waffle machine was lovely but keep in mind you need one and a half cups of batter to make one waffle (Just a tip). The juice was good. I loved the view from the room and the room was clean. The young lady at the desk was nice and explained everything very well.
Disliked: I am unsure if the gentleman at the desk was having a rough day but he was very gruff and standoffish. He tacked on a parking fee which I didn't have to pay a few months ago. I guess the long term guests have overrun their hotel, the halls at night, and the parking from the chatter in the halls and at the front desk. There was PLENTY of parking but just be wary about paying $10 per night (though I was told that it is $30 for the whole month). It seems very shady to hide costs and just charge your card.

Disliked: Took 15 mins to check in, $10 pet day for parking, old outdated, mold in the bathroom, needs a refresh on EVERYTHING

Liked: the staff was very nice at the front desk phone communication was excellent, , room smelt ok tv worked . the air conditioning also worked i wish i could come up with more good things to say
Disliked: hotel noise continued to midnight for the 3 nights of my stay , pool closed and drained ,restaurant located on property is now vacant , room house keeping was almost non existent ,morning breakfast was a joke i was also charged 10 dollars per day for parking

Budget accommodation struggles to accomodate...

Liked: Decent budget accomodation serving simple breakfast. Comfortable beds ensures a pleasant rest before taking on Hershey Park.
Disliked: The accomodation is tired and wary, so don’t keep expectations too high. Well-meaning receptionist had issues operating the check-in system and didn’t know what either New Zealand or the United Kingdom were. Wouldn’t accept foreign ID. Wouldn’t accept foreign cards. Fortunately we could see the humour in it.

Very good. Will stay again...

Liked: Breakfast. Needed fresh fruit assortment during the week and one more hot item besides waffles.WiFi did not work in room. Needed to switch rooms.
Disliked: A TV remote in each room that allows TOTAL access to menu. Could not access CC.
