Hotel was nice but I’ll...

Liked: It was very clean
Disliked: The hotel was nice but the front desk staff was very rude, nonchalant, didn’t really want to deal with me, when I spoke to him he kept shrugging his shoulders, didn’t acknowledge me, I had to get booking.com to contact him and he told me to just hang up and from now on to just call the hotel directly and book with them. The service is why I want be returning back to this hotel ever again.
