Quality Inn Raleigh Downtown, Raleigh

It was close to the venue; very clean; front desk staff all very nice. I would definitely go back.

Do NOT stay here! I was told by Holly the clerk they don't clean half the time and she even told us to go elsewhere. I was appalled and couldn't get refund because they said I didn't book direct with them! I?ve never had such a bad experience I even took pictures of what the room looked like because I'm going to try and get a refund. Luckily we found a great clean hotel not far!

Liked: Nothing was good; we checked in and out within 5 minutes.
Disliked: Pubic hair all over bed, phone, table; it was the most disgusting place I've ever been.

Liked: Clean room and bathroom was extremely clean.
Disliked: None.

Overall, it was an enjoyable stay for me and my family. We plan on staying again -- Comfort Inn is our hotel of choice.

Bad

Disliked: I booked a room for December 6-8. I walked into the room and immediately saw a roach. I let the front desk person know why I was checking out right after I just checked in. It’s now the 16th and I haven’t been contacted by the hotel in regards to my refund. When I call and email I get no resolution.

Disappointing

Liked: Close to nc state for graduation
Disliked: Wasn’t very clean, the smell of pot was so awful it would make you sick, lots of homeless trying to panhandle in the parking lot, lots of party going on inside.

Disliked: Light inside entry door to room burnt out in original room, power surge broke tv, they moved me to another room, after completing move I later discovered that the hvac unit for this room was broken, fan worked but no heat.Luckily it didn’t get to cold under the covers on bed. I wouldn’t stay there again.
