Likes and dislikes

Liked: Breakfast was good. The eggs were great. Milk was good . Yogurt was good. I enjoyed the shower in my room the water pressure was perfect.
Disliked: The hairdryer fell apart while I was using it. It started slinging parts and sparking. The chair beside the bed was filthy. It needed a new cover over it. The bed was rock hard and I didn't sleep very good. Also, the mini fridge in my room didn't work.

Loved your front desk person....

Liked: I can't remember the name of the woman who was working the front desk when I arrived, but she absolutely fantastic. She greeted me warmly and made sure that all my needs were met. I don't remember her name but I DO remember she had pets (sugar gliders, to be specific) and we chatted a bit about that. She was welcoming to everyone who entered the hotel and made sure I was comfortable after a long, tedious drive on my way back to Chicago. I believe I arrived at 9pm-ish on Sunday night (if that helps narrow it down?). Many thanks to her!
Disliked: It was great! No complaints.
