Comfortable and a good value...

Liked: Clean and well kept rooms,
Disliked: Room door felt loose, but still locked. I feel the TV is a bit smaller than standard

Great travel break to rest...

Liked: Very nice staff who were attentive and professional. The room was a good size, well equipped, and quiet. Breakfast was much better than most breakfasts at comparable hotels. The location is excellent, right near a shopping center and the turnpike. This is a great place to stop to break up a long trip.
Disliked: I have not received an invoice from my stay, as promised. Also, there were a couple dark, curly hairs on the top of the bed sheet when I arrived. The rest of the bed was totally clean, though.

Disliked: The door lock was broken, I could go in without having to insert my key card. So, anybody that wanted to break in could do so as well.

Liked: Not very much. Convenient location.
Disliked: Breakfast wasn't very good. Room was very small. Not very comfortable. Heat was hard to control. Very noisy people in neighboring room.

Disliked: Filthy rooms, very outdated. A guest in our party found bugs in their room and Gront Deak refused reimbursement. Choice will be getting several calls from our 15-block party

Disliked: Need new TVs very fuzzy , update plumbing and a tv guide would be helpful since the tv is slow to change channels. Lots of cob webs and dirty curtains.
