Liked: The lady at the front desk was nice.
Disliked: The front desk attendant had to come inside our room to work our tv. There was no phone inside the room.

Liked: Clean Rooms
Disliked: None smoking & entrance was front doors no back doors to enter

Liked: Nothing could not get a refund or change the check in date
Disliked: Check in not until 3pm

Liked: The staff was nice and friendly
Disliked: The door entrance slammed hard every time someone enter the hotel where our room was so all through the night you would hear a loud bang waking you at night And they had no other rooms. I was there for 5 days

Disliked: Room flooded Staff would not give me another room nor full credit

Disliked: Poor breakfast, dirty room. They charged me $318 from my credit card without my authorization after I checked out. This is so obviously a credit card fraud.

Disliked: It was dirty. Mildew in shower. Mirror spotted. Dust everywhere.

Liked: Cleaning staff was excellent. Very helpful. The front desk was very accommodating. Probably the reason the room wasnt the cleanest was because of swaps made to meet my needs. Overall very good experience.
Disliked: Dated, tub drained slowly, rust in opening. Water closet was cramped.

Liked: The Staff Had Excellent Customer Service
Disliked: The Cable Stopped Working Abruptly and The Room Wasn't as Clean as We Expected.
