Disliked: No elevator. Ground floor room not secure. Unruly, inebriated tenants making disturbance in reception.Booking.com rated it 8, while they rated Holiday Inn Express 7.5.What a joke.

Disliked: Did not realize it was "Motel" like... you could see light through the door and frame and could hear people outside the door. The toilet was broke, which I reported to the front desk after my stay.

Liked: This location is not fancy, but it is very well-kept, up-to-date, and very clean. The front desk was also helpful. Upon discovering I had booked a smoking room, they readily accommodated my request to be moved to a non-smoking room. Also, being an older hotel that was built without a dining area, they have turned a first-level guest room into a fairly nice breakfast/coffee room.
Disliked: This was nothing to do with the hotel quality - I just had the bad luck of arriving when they were resurfacing the drive with asphalt.
