Disliked: Poor Clealiness and there was a police arrest that started us

Liked: Having king size and non-smoking room
Disliked: No complimentary water bottles in the room. The vending machine took money and didn't give us a bottle. The staff member gave us a bottle from another source

Liked: When & husband checked in, Tv in the room did not work / no remote . An employee brought us a Tv around 10am the next morning. So only got to watch tv 1 hour cause we had to check out by 11am . Breakfast , no coffee/sausage/biscuits done . Ugh
Disliked: This attachment to my first paragraph Aside from over all disastrous stay there . I feel they owe me a free night with things that work always hard to find someone up at desk, since theres only 1 person on . Last time we were there There was no internet

Liked: Great hotel 30 minutes away from Moses Lake
Disliked: Please fix the door keys and juice machine

Liked: Safe location and great service. Free breakfast was above expectations by far!!!

Liked: The room was large and had useful amenities like the fridge, microwave, charging station, and table with chairs. There was no lingering smell of smoke and it appeared to be clean though a little dated. There was a decent free breakfast in the morning.

Disliked: The heater did not work correctly, the refrigerator made noise , we had to replace smoke detector battery, outside back door lock did not work

Liked: Staff was great. Room was kept neat and tidy.
Disliked: Smell of sewer in the lobby every day. Not sure what rhat was from.
