Liked: the price was great and having breakfast was a plus

Terrible.

Liked: Absolutely nothing.
Disliked: Where to even begin.. rude staff, room infested with roaches, they did take me to a “good room,” as they called it. Tried to call the office to complain about roaches and the phone was completely disconnected, had missing buttons and there was a baby roach on it. (See pic!) Only slept a few hours that night in the “good room,”and ran out in the morning, I was back at 9:45am. Checkout is 11:00am and they were in my room turning it over already. I hadn’t even checked out yet?! I needed a shower but had to literally kick housekeeping out of the room to do so. Had my kid with me, she was MORTIFIED. Worst hotel stay EVER. From the moment I walked in they were rude. Told me not to smoke in my room about 4 times for some reason, it was super offensive. My daughter said it smelled like pee in the first room. I don’t review things, this is my first review of literally ANYTHING in 40 years. They forced my hand. It was just that awful.

Liked: It was around everything that had good food and good coffee for in the morning it was right off the interstate which made traveling very accessible that's about it on the good side
Disliked: The front desk called me and told me that they were going to charge me for my two dogs $20 each when I arrived I noticed a sign that says no dogs I asked her if the dogs were allowed she said yes and I continued on made my deposit of $50 in which they called and told me that they're going to take that $50 because I didn't come back up to the front desk and I was at a football game and that I'll be back in about an hour and a half we're halfway through and they did not wait. Trying to speak with the gentleman at the front desk who spoke so fast with broken English that way he can do whatever and say whatever other than that that's a sketchy hotel people all up hours of the night I woke up four times never done that in my entire time I've ever stayed anywhere. It smells like smoke drug deals going down in the parking lot adult craps everywhere. Very bad liars . And I have very bad reviews I would take them off my booking site if I was you they're giving you a bad name cuz the hotel look great but I was deceived oh yeah well

Disliked: Door. To balcony didn’t lock room full ants floor sticking by bathroom someone needs to learn how to clean ANTS

Liked: Nothing DIDNT STAY!!! TERRIBLE ROOMS!!
Disliked: ROOMS SMELLED LIKE CIGARS AND CIGARETTES.. ? SPOTS ON THE PILLOW CASES AND SHEETS!! Returned to the front desk and attendant assured me several times I would get my total reservation refunded!! TO THIS DATE I HAVE NOT GOT ANY REFUND! I Have contacted Choice Motels who would have refunded my reservation had I not went through a third party.

Unclean, awful experience— not worth...

Liked: The location was close to what I was visiting.
Disliked: One of the beds had sheets that appeared to have blood spots on them. Our ac stopped working in the middle of our first night there. In addition to the ac stopping, someone left diarrhea down the hall right outside of our room. We commented about the diarrhea trail SEVERAL times in front of house keeping and nothing was done about it— note this took place on the first night and the feces was still present when we checked out 24+ hours later… that is a literal biohazard to the guests. Housekeeping never even stopped by our room at all during our stay. We got locked out of our room after the first night and had to visit the front desk to activate our card again and they acted as though we were only staying one night even though I already paid for two nights upon arrival. I could go on and on about everything that went on during our two night stay. It was definitely not worth the $260 I was charged though.
