Liked: Decent room, Pool open all year.
Disliked: The room wasn’t real clean, housekeeper could have done better, dirty towels were in the closet.

Liked: The staff was very kind and accommodating when we decided to leave a day early. They unexpectedly refunded the night so we could get on the road early for medical reasons.
Disliked: The town of Needles is nothing fancy, with little to do, very few food choices, and it’s not a “clean” town. Lots of dispensaries. If you have to be in Needles, I do recommend this hotel though.

Disliked: Floor was dirty. We could hear noises coming from the room above us in the middle of the night. Breakfast was very poor. Expected better for the price.

Liked: Very good transit location traveling from Grand Canyon to Los Angeles.
Disliked: After we checked out they unsanctionedly withdrew from my card some extra charge and the full amount for the stay again. After MULTIPLE calls and talks with the hotel and booking support I could get back my money. Until now they haven't apologized. Be careful. From my point of view it did not look like a system glitch like that said but an attempt to get some money to their pockets from tourists.
