Liked: It was close to my boy friend’s house .
Disliked: The pressure of the water coming out of the shower when the next door neighbor was also showering it would be very low. When nobody next door was showering it was good tho.

For the money, it was...

Liked: the cost and location of the hotel. It was affordable and a short distance from Lackland AF Base. The staff was very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: The access getting into & out of the hotel was not convenient. There was a large chain-linked fence blocking the exit at the rear of the hotel parking lot. There is a major access road in front of the hotel and heavy traffic made getting into the hotel parking lot hazardous. Getting out of the parking lot onto the roadway was not as bad.

Liked: Location- it was close to a lot of stores and the base.
Disliked: The window in my room could not fully close so the loud sounds of the highway could be heard. The shower curtain was old and torn. The sheets and pillow cases had yellow stains and the several of the towels had yellow and red stains.

Disliked: Very rude staff, ran out of food before breakfast ended

Disliked: It wasn’t clean, there was hair from other people, not pleasant
