Read on reviews that the hotel smelled of curry - the women in charge confirmed that it did. My husband is extremely allergic to curry. That didn't matter to them, absolutely no refunds. I booked over two months in advance and tried to cancel the same day after reading reviews and it didn't matter at all. I booked through ConcertHotels.com and they were more than willing to refund but the hotel refused. This is very poor business. I tried canceling like 5 minutes after booking when I read the review. Obviously did not stay there, just lost my money. So I suppose they won. It is a shame.

The front desk was super helpful, kind and sweet. They gave us an early check in and late check out which helped a lot since we were there for a dance competition.

Exactly what I needed, beautiful...

Liked: Had to find logging for a wedding and this was the closest place to the venue. The staff were very nice and helped me change rooms when I raised issue with the first (smoke odor). After that the rest of the stay was better than expected. Very happy with the coffee machine in the dining area. Nearby dining options were very good, think it was Goodfellas pizza and they delivered for free.
Disliked: First room clearly held a smoker not long before my stay. While they were able to change my room on short notice, the replacement was a different configuration to what I had asked for. The turn into the parking lot felt very tight when approaching with the building on the right.

Only game in town

Liked: Location was perfect.
Disliked: Facility is old and needs major updating which is clearly not a priority. Cost was outrageous for property but its supply and demand.
