Awful experience

Liked: Location was convenient to ice rink.
Disliked: The facility was poorly managed outside and in. Our first room we were given already had occupants who were rightfully very upset when my kids and I attempted to enter the room.

Very good

Passable

Liked: At least they had waffles and yogurt, but I missed eggs and some meat.
Disliked: One room the shower/tub didn't drain. On the other, leaks from the tub faucet was causing mold around it and I bet a lot inside.

Bad

Liked: Nothinh
Disliked: The manager yelled at me because my service dog peed on the flowers. Not once put twice. He is the most ignorant person I ever meet.

Exceptional

Liked: Was a nice comfortable and clean stay.
Disliked: The pillows seemed small for a king bed but the good thing there was a bunch so that helped.

Good trip

Liked: Updated room.
Disliked: Not many options for breakfast. No protein available.

Disliked: Only issue was the bathtub the water wasn’t flowing fast enough
