Liked: Nothing.
Disliked: Traveled from Fl to SC and arrived at 11:45pm. Night Mgr very friendly. Room 110 a mess. Damp, mold, broken furniture, TV not functioning. Spoke to owner in am. Blamed conditions on previous owner. Stated they were working on conditions.

Liked: Very nice stay here at the Manning Quality Inn. The Lady at the front desk greeted us with a smile and was very helpful. She said that the new owners were really nice and that she was happy that they were spending money on updating the property.
Disliked: Had an issue with the television but the very nice front counter lady took care of it promptly. The property is a little dated but you can tell the new owners are investing in new paint and it seemed very quiet and pleasant.

Disliked: Room in very poor condition! Pool not in service. 1 ice machine dirty and not working. Damaged furniture in our room due to pets. Overall general maintenance very poor. The price our room should have been 40% lower due to its poor condition.
