Liked: This was probably the worse Choice property we’ve ever stayed in and we’ve stayed a lot.
Disliked: The room was horrible, the facility run down.

Disliked: The bathroom was dirty, the floor towel looked like it had been used, the walls had hair on them

Liked: The location was great we didn’t have breakfast Our TV remote was not working and I called the front desk he was very good and hospitable he changed the batteries but that didn’t work and got us another remote that worked!
Disliked: The room did have a smell to it when you came in almost like mildew

Liked: The hotel was near the highway and had several places to eat nearby.
Disliked: The staff was rude! A young girl checked me in and she was more worried about her phone call and social media than checking me in. She asked if I had pets and I said no, she kept looking around me to see if I had pets. I never had to sign anything nor did I see a receipt of any kind. I paid a 1$100 deposit and I asked for a receipt and she said I would get one by email. It began raining pretty hard while I was checking in. When she gave me the key she said make sure u don't go in and out I keep all the doors locked. I told her I may need to make a few trips but once we are done we will be done. She seemed very snippy and mad.I opened the room door, it was a little stuffy and smelled musty. The room was large. I checked the restroom and noticed the tiny shampoo and conditioner and lotion were all opened and half used. My husband went to the front to ask for new ones and enough for us both and she said there's some in the room . He told her they were all opened and used she said well was there any left you can use it still. He then asked for a bar of soap which she handed him an opened bar! Umm no that's nasty . Idk what people could have put in the opened soaps.. I went to store purchased soap etc. when we returned I went to shower and my husband got the bags inside. He noticed a few items must of fallen out the bag so he went back to the car to get my lotion . I hear the phone start ringing, I figured it was him that he forgot the key possibly. I ran to answer it and it was the front desk girl saying he was in the parking lot and it was after 11. I told her so what he had to grab items from our car. When he went inside the hotel his hands had gotten dirty from lifting the back of the car trunk. He didn't want to continue touching things with dirty hands so he went to restroom in lobby to wash his hands. Again the phone rings in the room.

Superb

Liked: Room was clean & comfortable. Pet walking area was large and well cared for, trash cans readily available. Did not like the numerous cigarette butts and used condom on the walkway and parking lot outside room 103. Rather gross.

Passable
