Liked: I left my cellphone in the room and I'm sure I left my phone there when I called the said it wasn't there plus they tried to keep me out for none payment and it was Totally Therefoll they had my credit card number

Disappointing

Liked: The bed was ok, and a good location
Disliked: It was dirty, there was a large red stain on the floor in the bathroom that looked like blood, and my pillows had stains on them. Also at 4am one morning a person banged on my door asking for cigarettes which was terrifying

Liked: The room was clean, quiet, everything functioned (drains, lights, etc.), the breakfast was ample, and the staff very good.
Disliked: When we came back in the evening, there was little or no parking in the lot.

Liked: Breakfast was more and better than expected. The staff was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Parking was tight, and finding a spot near our room was difficult, but we had free parking on-site, it was just a little more of a walk than I expected.

Liked: The staff were very helpful and friendly. The breakfast was good and it’s always nice to make your own hot waffles.
Disliked: The A/C was rather loud. We were on the second floor with no elevator and for a couple over 60 it would have been very hard to get our suitcases up the stairs. On a bright note a couple of employees saw us and offered to help take them up and again down after our stay. The room was clean but very out dated.
