Good hotel.

Liked: Breakfast offerings were simple, but good.
Disliked: A crib was placed in our room at our request. However, there was no bedding (sheets, blankets) provided. Night desk clerk was very reluctant to assist. He eventually provided a thick, full sized comforter after much convincing.

Liked: This hotel was kind of lodge-like and the staff were helpful. Has a waffle maker.
Disliked: It has a very funky floor plan with lots of random stairs. Not the greatest breakfast options.

Liked: The staff are all very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are always clean and smell nice.
Disliked: The view is all highway… but there is nothing they can do about that!

Liked: The staff is very friendly, they treated us very well from the moment we arrived. They treated our baby very well. We had a little problem with the TV remote control and they kindly sent a guy who came and helped us and he was very kind too. Very good breakfast. Our 2 year old baby enjoyed it very much. It is a pleasure to have spent this stay here, I would repeat it again.
Disliked: Although they have a good and varied breakfast (and very delicious), my wife could not eat the fried eggs they made for 2 days since they make pepper and she suffers from a stomach ulcer and cannot eat pepper. Otherwise everything was perfect.

Liked: The breakfast was fantastic. The lady at the front desk seemed to brag a bit about how they served a hot breakfast, but it did not really register with me until the next morning. I enjoyed the eggs and sausage the most and was impressed that a waffle maker was available.
Disliked: Really nothing. The room was clean and quiet, the WIFI was free, the front desk personnel were professional, the shower was great, and the bed was very comfortable. If you forced me to complain about anything, it would be that there were no tissues in the room when I got there (although I was given a box immediately when I requested it at the front desk). I stayed at a Microsuites and a Super 8 the following two days (in other NY towns) for compatible rates and the Quality Inn was clearly my favorite.
