A very average experience. Worst...

Liked: Location, free parking and spacious room.
Disliked: No hotel reception. Completely impersonal. Was finally able to get staff attention via intercom. Only couple in the hotel but noticed a few other cars the next morning. Eerie feeling. Bed was terrible. Couldn’t move without it squeaking loudly. Needs to be replaced.

Liked: The staff really make this property even more special. The property itself is beautiful and so well located within the cbd. Parking was easy and the room absolutely spotless. We stayed here to attend a funeral and the reception staff were so lovely and even gave us a late checkout at 12 noon which we were very grateful for having travelled 7 hours to get there.
