Liked: The location was easy to get in and out of, close to all the main shopping and places to eat. All the staff was kind and helpful. Though some people would not care to go, there is a Goodwill store adjacent to the hotel and a grocery market with a deli in front of the hotel.
Disliked: We wanted to use the pool. Unfortunately, the pool water was green and the pool was already closed when we arrived, even though it was 70+ degree weather. The shower curtains are too short and the shower drained slow. I did not remember to inform the desk clerk of the issues prior to leaving.

Liked: We liked that you had bell carts & an elevator; breakfast was good too.The iron & ironing board was convenient to have.
Disliked: We had a handicapped room.The tub was extremely slippery & regular size, which made it hard to get into. Someone is going to get hurt.The bed mattress was comfy, but it slipped around when I would get in it.

Liked: The facility was very clean. The room and lobby smelled and looked extremely clean and fresh. The parking lot has plenty of space. The breakfast was pretty good. The rooms are well equipped. Beds are firm but I appreciated that and the pillows are very comfy.
Disliked: The parking lot is extremely well lit which while is a great safety feature they did not properly dress the windows. The room was so bright at night that I couldn’t sleep. I’m not talking a little light I’m talking can see everything and could read with the lights off bright. If you’re sensitive to light bring a sleep mask! Small thing is I’d love to have not had to have news blasting during breakfast but other than that great stay.
