Disappointed!

Liked: The hotel offered a competitive rate online
Disliked: The hotel misrepresented the rooms and common areas with misleading pictures. The lobby and rooms were outdated and in need of an upgrade. We expected a breakfast but was told by the front desk that “someone forgot to go shopping.” The only food items available for breakfast were white toast and a few muffins. Instead of getting a free breakfast with our stay we had to head to a restaurant to have breakfast. Party of 8 at the restaurant was quite costly. Disappointed is an understatement. Do better

Liked: My room had some kind of a automatic air freshener that kept the room smelling fresh.
Disliked: The hallways were loud to walk on and the television guide wasn't very much fun.

Disliked: It is very dirty. Not necessarily the cleaning but the carpet and furniture is disgusting.

Disliked: There was a patch covering a hole in tub poorly mended. There was no coffee in room and there was no sugar substitute available overall was not a good stay

Liked: The location to everything. Continental breakfast was good.
Disliked: The mattress is awful; very uncomfortable and broken down. There was foil over the smoke alarm! Part of the bathroom light was missing. There was some type of damage covered up in the tub. I wont come back. Quality In has gone down hill!!
