Friendly staff, had all the information I needed. Clean room, felt good to be there.

Disliked: The staff did not seem like they knew what they were doing when it came to check in. I had issues to where they charged my card for $100 before I got there every night I was there my card was being charged at 4am luckily it was locked or they would have kept taking money. Every time I talked to someone they claimed they fixed the issue and yet still have not. I have not gotten the money back that was charged before I checked in and nor have I got my deposit back either which was $100 I will not be booking this room again when I come into town to visit

Poor and do not recommend!

Disliked: They kept $50 of our deposit for a food stain on the sheets! Sheets that I’m assuming and really hoping, you wash after every stay. Was not happy and will not ever return!

Liked: Terrible service and confusing. And they dollar you out of everything.
Disliked: Smelled like pee and the whole hotel family lives there

Overall I would stay again.

Disliked: Fix the orange and apple juice machine it was broke my whole stay . I stayed for 3 days .

Great value for a comfortable...

Liked: The check in process was quick and easy. The room was very clean. While the hotel was full of guests, the rooms were quiet. We could not hear any road noise even though we were on a main road. The beds were comfortable and the three fluffy pillows were a nice touch. Nice options for the daily breakfast. All the hotel employees were polite and helpful. The hot water in the shower was available immediately.
Disliked: It would be nice to have fans installed in the bathrooms.
