Liked: Friendly check in. Young man was very helpful & patient
Disliked: I am handicapped due to lower back injury & use handicap parking spot which was surrounded by and sitting on top of solid ice. I nearly fell several times & bought to the front desk’s attention where I was told SAND was put down. All that makes is MUD. I was also roused out of bed by the maid at 9am who stormed into my room without knocking but was stopped by the security lever. I was traumatized and angry by this violation.

Liked: The staff was friendly and the location was good with nearby food and gas.
Disliked: There was a bug on my pillow. It made me Leary of staying there. I put my suitcase back out in the truck and the things I needed, I stored in the fridge. This bug was the only bug I saw. My husband said it looked like a baby cockroach. I don't know what they look like.
