Staff was nice, facilities were...

Liked: Traveling thru, on a road trip . We booked 2 rooms. The staff was very nice. Breakfast was good, coffee was excellent!
Disliked: We were traveling thru on a road trip. We booked two rooms. Requested to have rooms fairly close together. They ended up being on opposite sides of the hotel and on a different floor. First room was fine, except for the loud music from the store across the parking lot. Second room had no heat. Called down and someone eventually came up. He was very nice, but couldn’t fix. Eventually moved us to a different room at 2:00 am. Staff was nice and helped us move. Just didn’t get the rest we needed to continue the drive the next day.

Mediocre

Liked: Was given keys that did not open room and when keys worked was given a room that was not cleaned bed had been slept in and towels on the floor back to the desk and finally given a room the was mediocre clean. Breakfast was so so, obviously the lady in charge of the breakfast hates her job not the friendliest.

Bad

Liked: This place is horrible! We booked this since we were just dropping off a family member from the military. When we got there, it looked OK at first. We got there late so we were tired. I went to go in the bathroom and had saw a baby roach. I killed it not thinking much. As the night went on there were other roaches that came out! Baby's and adults! My daughter was terrified and were up most of the night! I had to put all of our belongings in our truck so we didn't take any home with us. Motel did nothing!!

Liked: Did not participate in Breakfast, because 'Included' Breakfast is usually very low end. Did not use the WiFi--I bring my own Hot Spot for connectivity.The one issue I have to report is that the bathroom is generally not as clean as it should be. Floor usually dirty. I visit the Property about every 2 months. This visit, at least there was bar soap, shampoo and conditioner. The last visit those amenities were not in the room.

Would stay there again

Liked: The stay was fantastic and the staff was very friendly

Cheap and okay

Liked: Location and closeness to many restaurants
Disliked: The room door wasn’t sealed so noise and bugs came through. It was by a bar so people were Lou and loitered because the rooms face outside instead of being enclosed like a hotel (didn’t feel as safe). The bathroom was outdated. The breakfast was toast, waffles, eggs, sausage and activia yogurt—not much to fuel you. Didn’t feel like a 3 star hotel
