Great staff, great breakfast, clean...

Liked: Breakfast was great! The moment i arrived i was greeted with warmth and impeccable service. The staff went above & beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. Front desk staff Tabitha & Mike are exceptional. Breakfast has a variety of great choices which i enjoyed. My room was clean & spacious. Shower & tub areas clean and stocked with amenities often forgotten. Parking area was well lite and clean. Staff is always cleaning/working (including cleaning the parking lot) The nice couple cleaning my room is very efficient and always checks to see if i need anything. I always enjoy staying at this Quality Inn b/c of the staff.

Disliked: The smell of the room, cleanliness, door wouldn’t shut properly sheets were dirty, plastic bag with something in it behind phone. Was too scared to see what it was. Refrigerator was broken. So much weed being smoked around us. My 8 year old wouldn’t sleep because she was scared as was I. I didn’t sleep a wink but at least my husband, the driver of our next days trip, got a few hours.
