A Diamond in the rough-reasonably...

Liked: The breakfast was really good. I enjoyed the grits, biscuits, sausage and gravy. We also ate at the Atrium Restaurant the night before after a LONG drive. The young man who waited on us was exceptional. My wife enjoyed the catfish fillets and I enjoyed a nice sized rib eye steak. The rolls tasted like homemade. We had the place virtually to ourselves, whichrat race. was nice during the holiday rat race. When the batteries weren't working on our TV remote the manager quickly and cheerfully replaced them. A nice person who clearly his work. Sinks worked and shower was great - real 80's ceramic tile! :) No bugs and the room smelled fresh! Beautiful central courtyard right outside our room! Nice outdoor and indoor pool plus hot tub.
Disliked: The room was a little dated, but very clean. The proximity to our vehicle could have been better. Otherwise very little to dislike here. Sad that more people weren't at the Atrium Restaurant. Not flashy, but good food!

Workers were extremely kind, breakfast...

Liked: The young lady who checked us into our hotel was so kind and helpful. We had never traveled to Clarksville and were a little unsure of coming for the Convention, but she was such a kind person after our long trip. She answered all our location questions and was happy to help when our keys did not work. The lady who checked us out was also very kind.
Disliked: This is no fault of the workers, but our room keys did not work the first time that we checked into our hotel. After we got them exchanged for new ones they worked for a few swipes, however during the evening of the next day, when we were getting ready to check out, the keys did not work. Maybe it's the age of the keys or the doors, but we had several problems with getting in and out of our room.

Liked: Location it was close to shopping stores and restaurants.
Disliked: The carpet had a bad smell and the door didn’t secure when it closed. It took two to three hard slam to secure the door.
