My stay was acceptable, but...

Liked: Convenient location to the Bishop Airport.
Disliked: There is absolutely no information at the desk for transportation to and from the airport. No names of taxi companies, Uber drivers, shuttles, etc. There was no recommendations at the desk for dining facilities, pizza delivery. I found this very strange compared to other hotels I've stayed at over the last 30 years. This facility is approximately 20 mi from the airport with no arrangements or recommendations for transportation to and from.

Disliked: The beds are so uncomfortable I failed to see they have no elevators Ice machines on the main floor only
