They was not accommodating because...

Liked: Not a lot of Variety
Disliked: I didn't like they, Let me check in And didn't tell me they didn't have any t v services before I paid my money at .I had my 9 year old bored out of his mind They Only gave me five dollars off the room

It was a good place...

Liked: I like how close it was to xstream arena. Nice walk to and from. Breakfast was okay.
Disliked: No television was available. Something about a mediacom update and no boxes available for the rooms. Breakfast was cold on one of the three times we ate.

Liked: The front desk made sure I got a room close to front door with walk in shower. I have bad hips. Very nice man even checked to see if they had another available night I wanted but they were completely booked.

Bad experience, overcharges and no...

Liked: I expected something professional from the manager. They charged me twice: card and cash. And they won't give me a refund. The mistake was made by the receptionist PGoodm who works nights. He charged me twice and also said I needed to dispute it with my credit card. My credit card showed me that the only mistake was made by the hotel.
Disliked: The staff was unprofessional. Since the day I left, I have been communicating with the hotel about my issue with excessive charges on my card. They really do not care about the needs of the guests. Horrible experience, do not stay here.
