Liked: Picked the hotel for the price while working in town, it did the job and the staff were so nice. Perfectly located for my worksite and VERY CLEAN. Ive paid similar prices for hotels/motels that were just awful, so I will definitely stay here again

Liked: They wouldn't take our forms if payment. Even tho they did it over the phone. Just because I didn't have the credit card used over the phone. Even tho companies pay for their workers with a company credit card over the phone. The only reason they rejected us is because in mentally ill And I'm not aware of my episodes. So they made up a rule to not let us in.
Disliked: The person's that lied tho my mother over there phone then lied to us

Our stay was convenient, comfortable and affordable but not as expected.

Liked: The location was great for us as we were visiting and reconnecting with a few family members at one time and this place was central to everybody. We also liked that breakfast was included and tend to book places that have it included (its never an absolute need but sometimes its nice to know the option is available). The beds were comfortable and for what we needed in an accommodation, it was affordable, the rooms were fine and staff was friendly.
Disliked: When we booked, the booking said breakfast was included. When we arrived to check in the front desk person gave to us and explained the coupons for 5.00 off breakfast the next morning for the on sight restaurant; which made us realize breakfast must not actually be included but just discounted. When we woke up, we were told the restaurant isnt open New Years Day Ultimately there was no free breakfast, no discounted breakfast or even the possibility of having breakfast at our hotel.

Liked: The location was okay. It was close to what I needed. The staff were friendlly. There was a microwave and fridge in the room.
Disliked: The breakfast was poor. There was one option which was not a healthy option. There was no option for vegetarians. The room was either hot or cold. The thermostat did not work. There was a space heater that blasted hot, which meant the room became hot. You could not turn it down; it just blew cold air if you turned it down. The bathroom recieved no heat and the heater in the bathroom did not work. There were no extra blankets in the room and when I asked for one, I got a bedspread. But the staff were accomodating and did their best.
