Great room and service. Good...

Liked: Room was clean, walls newly painted, good amount of towels, friendly staff, very quick front desk service, great breakfast, comfortable beds, coffee good (always available), loved the water pressure in shower.
Disliked: Would like to have eggs in breakfast and sugar free options for diabetics.

Liked: The front desk was so accommodating and efficient..the young lady who assisted me the second day was so sweet.
Disliked: It was actually quite noisy my first night which surprised me as I was at the very end of the hall

Disliked: Broken light fixtures, stained bed sheets, dirty bathroom

Liked: Nothing! This was the absolutely worst, filthiest place I have ever stayed in and I couldn’t get a refund. The first room we were given 226 was never cleaned, beds unmade dirty used towels thrown around, went back to front desk and receptionist said this isn’t the first time this happened and apologized gave us a different room. No worries mistakes happen, the second room 220 had urine and dried blood on their unwashed sheets when we pulled the made bed comforter. Called down to front office and given a third room 219 towels has dirt, hair, and what I believe to be bowel movement stains on every single towel. I have pictures to prove my claims.
Disliked: The made up beds were dirty. sheets had dried blood, dried urine pillows were stained yellow. You could tell they were never washed just placed back for the next guest. It looked as if The beds were just made by a five-year-old. The towels had hair, urineand what I believed to be bowel movement stains and dried blood. There was not one clean towel. There was filth and dirt and mud dried up on the floors There was dead cockroaches in the lights. I have pictures of all of this to back my claims up. We could not get a refund and how the city has passed their inspections is beyond me, this place was seriously disgusting. No elevators either so dragging our heavy suitcase up 2 flights of stairs was impressionable and should have given us an indication of what was coming.

Disliked: Did not receive rooms I wanted and paid for, they didn't even exist.

Liked: Did not enjoy breakfast but only because I SLEPT. Like a ROCK
