Terrible

Liked: Was under construction. No covers on electrical outlets in room. Entire building had fowl odor and front desk worker could not have been more rude. Absolutely terrible experience didnt even stay. That said they also rejected me a full refund. I highly recommend the cobblestone in Mosinee or stay in Wausau.

Disliked: The blankets and sheets were disgusting , the shower barely worked , the water never got hot , the hair dryer worked only when it wanted to , we had to find the TV remote because they wouldn't find it unless they clean the rooms , the hot tub was inoperable and full of mold but nothing blocking it off or saying it was closed leading people to belive it was fine to be in. I'll never stay here again . Shameful because it's right next to the airport . Don't take on something if you can't afford to fix it !!!!!!!!!!!

Liked: Very run down. Only booked this because we needed to be close to the airport. Pool area left alot to be desired. Towels in the pool area were marked to be used for emergency only..???
Disliked: I paid over $100. for this room and didn't feel comfortable at all. Everything from the carpeting to the bedding needs to be updated.
